Introducing Cardinal Feasts — a new series of changing menus on Sundays throughout the year.
Now that the weather’s turning warmer, we’re kicking Spring off by sharing some of the team’s favourite feasts. Each month we’ll celebrate a different theme — exploring seasonal ingredients, different cuisines, and inviting the occasional guest chef into the mix.
It’s an evolving project, so we thought we would start simply: on Sunday 27th April, the Cardinal team will be hosting the quintessential Spring Lunch. Think fresh oysters, tender lamb and a myriad of seasonal sides — the kind of meal you want to eat slowly, with good company and a great glass of wine in hand. We look forward to welcoming couples, friends and family reunions to our dining room in Canonmills.
We’ll have bespoke cocktails to kick off the meal, including our take on a Bloody Mary, as well as low and no-alcohol options.
